Order Processing, Shipping & Returns
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order prior to shipping. You will receive and email confirmation verifying that your order has been shipped.
Items may arrive in different boxes on different days. All orders are final and cannot be changed once they are placed. Items are shipped via UPS, or USPS
depending on size and weight. UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box.
Product may be returned at the buyer expense unless defective within 30 days of purchase. Buyer must first contact the seller for instruction on returning
the item (email@example.com). Items must be well packed to insure no damage. All return items must be received in the same condition as
they were sold. For items that arrived damaged, report damage within 48 hours of receipt. Save all packing material and original box the carrier may need to
inspect. A replacement may be sent or refund given. Some products we carry are limited in quantity and a replacement is not guaranteed.
Products shipping to the 48 Contiguous States:
Standard Delivery: Standard Delivery may take 7-10 business days (includes processing)
Express Delivery: Express Delivery may take up to 3 days (including processing).
Products shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii
Standard Delivery: Standard Delivery may take 12-15 business days (including processing)
Express Delivery: Express Delivery not available
Note: Orders will not deliver on weekends or holidays.
